Self Introduction

     My name is Carlineissa Jean Francois and I am a student at Miami Lakes Educational Center. I am in the Cambridge Academy and in the Journalism strand. As a student, a lot of my interests lie in history or politics. I would like my presentation this year to express my interests and ideas.

    The last few years of high school have been full of ups and downs. I have struggled and learned a lot about myself. I'm never really sure what to write or how to express myself in the right. I have just learned how to accept who I am and try to grow.

    I have matured especially with college around the corner I am doing my best to learn time management and help myself. From my perspective, I am stressed. My whole life has been about following my dreams and moving past them is difficult at times.

    Achiving your goals can be hard because I overwork myself and live in a constant black cloud. It can sometimes feel very demanding and exhausting.

    For this new year, I would like to create a film that represents my struggles and my life. It will be very personal but I believe also relatable. There are so many students who are preparing for college and live in constant distress. 

    I hope that I am able to express these ideas clearly and reach my targeted audience.
